"Our room bathroom at the bottom of the toilet at the base had noticeably amount of urine and poop on it and was very hard for me to use the toilet knowing it was there, also the design of the bathroom , the sink area was extremely small to put anything on it , but would have been extremely helpful to have at least at least some sort of a towel holder hung on the wall so it didn't have to be squeezed in on the counter top between the sink and wall."

"We have stayed were multiple times throughout the years any usually it's good enough. I laidback on-the bed and it felt wet so i got up just to see that my clothes were ruined by bleach. My wife went to the office and they changed out our bedding. They refused to own their mistake and won’t do anything to make it right. They won’t replace the clothes or at the least just reimburse the cost of the room for a night. The front desk won’t speak with me and management won’t help. Please avoid the issues that we encountered and stay somewhere else. I wasn’t asking for anything extra just for what they ruined. "
