"The room was clean and the hotel was easy to check in and out of. The only issue was it can be noisy. We could hear the people up above our room. We could hear their TV and walking around in the middle of the night. The inn does provide ear plugs though!"

"Location is pretty good but is definitely a climb coming back from fisherman’s wharf and cannery row. Rooms need updating; for example, our bathroom window was broken and taped closed. Breakfast was good and a generous amount of food. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Idea for customer service improvement - omit the early check in fee; if there is room availability and it won’t affect your business financially, letting your guests check in early is tremendously helpful and a huge relief after...

"It was all good at a good price. The coffee pot in the room was kind of difficult to operate as it was set up on a sliding shelf. You need to hold the appliance steady with one hand while loading water and pod. Coffee is good."
