"Location is pretty good but is definitely a climb coming back from fisherman’s wharf and cannery row. Rooms need updating; for example, our bathroom window was broken and taped closed. Breakfast was good and a generous amount of food. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Idea for customer service improvement - omit the early check in fee; if there is room availability and it won’t affect your business financially, letting your guests check in early is tremendously helpful and a huge relief after...
