"Not all of the elevators were working but the hotel overall was great."

"I guess I caught them in a transitional period. There was a lot of construction going on and the hallways had a bit of debris on the carpets. They've installed cook tops, kitchen style cabinets and a larger refrigerator in the rooms although at the expense of closet space, a desk and somewhere to put your luggage. And maybe it's going to change but the cabinets are empty as in no plates, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, etc so.... That said it's the best priced of the nice hotels close to the airport and has a shuttle service."

"Unfortunately this hotel was just not up to my standards. There were stains on various items such as the sheets and curtains, the smell throughout the lobby to the elevators and the hallways was unpleasant, my requests weren’t met (asked for a do not disturb sign and didn’t receive one, declined room service and cleaning staff still came into the room and tidied up). The cleaning job was not up to par from the start (grime and dirt throughout the bathroom). The staff we encountered were friendly which was a plus! Overall I would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money for a more comfortable and cleaner experience. "

"Our electricity went out from a storm so we booked this last minute. Front desk was amazingly helpful. Place was clean and parking was easy. The breakfast was great as well."

"Breakfast was nice. Parking area was well lit & I felt safe. This was my second time here. The Grand Ole Opry is very close & convenient. "

"The hotel room was clean. The beds were very comfortable for not being my own. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We checked in late. Then we left very early. The signage getting to the hotel was easy to follow. The signs to get back to the airport wasn’t so clear. We got turned around and used a different set of elevators. They took us out on a different level. Luckily someone was doing maintenance on the grounds and pointed us the right way."
