"We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer."

"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back."

"We were greeted by the owner and shown to our room, everything we needed to know was explained to us. The room {3} we stayed in was large and the shower was amazing. Everything you needed was supplied including chilled water which was nice. The breakfast was amazing with lots of homemade goodies. We had dinner at the Ravine winery which was amazing and walkable from the B&B. Overall a great overnight stay and I would truly recommend this place."

"The rooms have seen better days. Paint stains on the hallway carpets, wrinkles in the room carpets. Light switches that didn’t turn anything on. Corner seams starting to separate. Weird furniture layouts. Definitely starting to fit the term “run down”. I was warned by someone in the know to avoid eating at the iHop in the lobby, so I didn’t. Balcony was nice, would have been nicer if there had been a place to sit out there. Parking wasn’t cheap, but safe enough. The few times I dealt with a...

"The bathroom was very dirty. I booked online, when I arrived I was told I had to pay additional for the room."

"Yes parking was safe and free to park. Air conditioning work fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and warm, BBQ on site to use. Fridge and microwave in room was clean and easy to use. Would gladly stay here again in the future. Affordable pice!!"

"Previously I had a bad experience with this hotel, this time I found a big difference a part of the employee are always great professional and nice, the disabled parking spot was watched well and available, the water in the shower was hot and good, the restaurant was much better with the breakfast serving, thank you I will be back soon"
