"Room size was good. But everytime we used bathroom, we would get locked in and had to call the front office to bail us out. The lock was bad. Internet with very week to no connection. Poor TV reception, no ice around us. Fridge was a freezer, all our items froze and got spoiled. No coffee amenities for guests of two. We had to ask for them. No electric car chargers. "

The property's ambiance is cozy and tranquil, and the amenities are excellent. I particularly loved the large heated pool and the sunset view deck. "Clean room, but the air condition is very loud, and the room has very weak WiFi reception. The receptionist did remind us the weak signal, she did not know what caused the problem."
