Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It has an awesome location, within easy walking distance to Shinjuku Station’s East Gate. Although the room is tiny compared to North American standards, it is so well-designed that we did not feel cramped at all. It was super clean, and we loved the wet bathroom. The only disappointment was that the Godzilla Terrace was closed. Maybe it was closed due to too many tourists?"

"Lovely stay at Groove Shinjuku, great location to explore Tokyo as only a 5-10 min walk to Shinjuku station. Really helpful staff but don’t be turning up with multiple suitcases and storage space is limited"

"The hotel was great and in a brilliant location, a quick walk from the station and near convenience stores. It's just off the hustle and bustle of Ikebukaro so you get the buzz and the quiet! I would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is very nice. It is close to the Shimbashi train station so it is very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and addressed any issues we had. The beds are very comfortable and my wife loved the shower."

"I gave my clothes for dry cleaning at the hotel but misplaced the receipt. It was rather hard to retrieve my clothes from the front desk even though I had paid for the service and the main docket had all my information including the room number. This wasn't a language issue, it was a matter of the staff member being rigid and a bit rude."
