Cari Town House di Vietnam Tengah

"Room was immaculate, staff was incredible. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The only issue was Expedia stating there were No elevators on the property. It almost made me second guess on staying at this lovely property."

"The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the luxury price. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the amenities were only average and did not meet the standards I would expect from a luxury establishment. The food was also below expectations, and the chef’s rude attitude further affected the experience. At this price point, I expected a much higher level of comfort, service, and breakfast quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the premium...

"The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask. I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific. I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel."

"Very clean!! Very pretty"

"Great breakfast and pool. Lots of free activities. Nice staff. Amazing rooms and location. We will be back."

The one thing I was dissatisfied was the mini refrigerator. It's NOT cold. I thought it was broken so I called the front desk and was informed that their refrigerator only gets a tiny bit cooler than room temperature, however; ours was HOT. I couldn't put my dairy goods in such as milk, yogurt or even my meds cold. I have been traveling for over 30...

"It’s worth every penny when you stayed here"

"Great hotel, shame about building work opposite spoiling the view."
