"Customer service. Clean room"

"My family loved our stay at Herma! It is a modest, clean hotel, with an open concept of shops by the lobby, open to the public. The highlights were the toys in the room and the pool, and the common room. We had meals delivered by Grab, and were able to eat comfortably in the common room. When traveling, toys is often something that gets left at home, so my kids appreciated having some to use during our stay. "This was a good place to stay for the price and the location close to the airport. The restaurant was a place because there’s not much around. The beds were hard though and their were a lot of mosquitoes."

"staff is excellent. Some of the things are kind of wore out like the shower, and the shower did not get hot. The price is very good. It's weird location in that. There's really nothing there. But it is safe."

"place is dated, rooms are dated. The security guard is super nice, sweet and helpful, but on the other hand it’s been a struggle to get our room cleaned, they don’t have 24 hour reception so if you need some burning late at night, good luck. Location is horrible, it’s next to a building that is in ruins, the road is not paved and it’s truly in the middle of nowhere. If you try to get a grab here or go to the center of Bangkok and get a grab back, good luck most will cancel and we were left...

"Met expectations except for i like a powerful shower and the pressure was a 5 out of ten. Pretty picky i know because I got all the shampoo out of my hair eventually, so it was the only thing i could think of that wasn't perfect. "
