Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto

"I liked how everything was so convenient and you literally had to leave the property if you didn't want to, only to shop. Breakfast was there, Casino and Restaurant. The staff was very accommodating, especially the breakfast staff and a little old lady working there was so so nice to me. I will stay there again, my home away from home."

"Staff was very accommodating putting my room on the same floor as the rest of my family who checked in after me. I had to wait a little bit to wait for my room to be ready, but that was only because they switched me to be on the same floor as the rest of my family. When I got to my room, it was very clean. It smelled nice, looked nice, and everything was easily accessible in the room."

"Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Room is not attended to daily. Even though my room was scheduled for cleaning on the 2nd day, it didnt happen. I asked for garbage to be removed at 10pm. The request was handled politely. Breakfast is adequate but nothing to write home about. Overall, the hotel is good value for an excellent lication."

"I liked how clean and accommodating they were. The staff was super friendly at orchid cafe. I didn’t like how long it took for them to return my deposit. Also, I prepaid for breakfast and they still charged me. They took it out of my deposit."

"Staff were kind and helpful. Newer hotel everything was up to date. Large windows in the room with a wonderful view of the city. Terrace on the 14th floor was a lovely hangout spot with comfortable chairs and an electric fire pit."

"I stayed here for the BTS concert in Toronto. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite which had a corner balcony and King bed. It was really nice! The only downsides were the slow elevators and no fan in the bathroom. But honestly it was a really great stay! Would go back."
