"La chambre était très propre. Toutefois, à la première flush de la toilette le bouchon n'est pas redescendu dans le réservoir et celui-ci n'était pas accessible car dans le mur. Malgré notre appel pour la maintenance, personne n'a répondu. J'ai donc défait moi-même l'appli sur le mur pour accéder au réservoir et redescendre le bouchon à la main. "My husband and I travel a ton and this place is one of the best we've ever stayed at. Not only is it a very unique and beautiful property, the staff and customer service were as good as it gets. We were greeted with a mimosa and some sweet bread and we were provided a picnic basket breakfast in bed that was superb. We were so impressed. "Great service by staff, especially at the reception desk and bar. Breakfast not best quality, even though they offer a variety (i.e coffee at expresso machine and “bacon” not good). Location is a 20+ minute walk from main attractions such us pedestrian bridge Pedro and Ines. To go to university of Coimbra definitely need a taxi, but you can come back on foot as long as it is still daylight. "
