Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort All Inclusive

"I would give our stay at Cofresi in the Dominican Republic 3 out of 5 stars. The resort looked much better in the pictures online than it did in person, so it did not fully meet our expectations. One of the biggest issues was the room setup — we were supposed to receive a room with double beds, but instead the second bed was only a twin size, which was inconvenient for our group. The bathroom also had no hot water during our stay, which made things uncomfortable. On top of that, the room was not cleaned during the first two days until we finally tipped the staff. After tipping, the service improved, but housekeeping should be consistent regardless. Overall, the resort has potential and the location is nice, but the room quality and service experience definitely need improvement."

"Staff at the bar not helpful, Coffee machine was broken at multiple times so hard to get coffees,espresso and hot water for tea. Staff at the bar not polite and it seems they needed more staff to serve crowd especially on the weekend. Lines at the bar too long and only bar serving the whole hotel. Very poor quality of drinks. Staff had excuses for almost every request at the bar."

"Service was amazing and food was delicious with different menu changes everyday! Pools were amazing. Especially the swim out pool which i loved the most. My favorite place at these resort was the clear blue water of the beach. The sand was white and there is no garbage at all in the sand and inside the beach. Tour staff are not consistently asking you to schedule a tour excursion, like other resorts it gets annoying when they constantly ask you to join their excursion. Overall i think is the besg resort in the north coast at Puerto Plata. Besides the hotel you have so much to explore outside the hotel, rivers, beach, history, culture, country side and so much more !!!"

"They get mad when you don't want to become a member. Tak 6 hours of my time showing places even when. I keep saying I have to go they make me feel guilty for wanting to go. Expired coke in the fridge crack bathroom glass. Ask for water they say they will send to my room never did. Housekeeping never pickup trash. Food are ok seafood restaurant only have shrimp everything finish even with my reservation. Overall Im not sure I want to go back . Unless I had no choice."
