"Lovely room, cleaned daily. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Mostly quiet. Excellent views and near local shops, restaurants. Only issue we had was that there was 1 room key - this was difficult to manage as we were 3 groups of adults who didn't do everything together. 2 keys would have been ideal - a point for improvement. Overall a fantastic hotel"

"Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee! They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet! When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or...

"Gutes Frühstück sauberes Zimmer sind im Hotel kulant upgegradet worden. Von einem großen Zimmer mit Meerblick welches fälschlicherweise als Suite bezeichnet wird mit 36qm auf eine wirkliche Suite mit 100qm . Leider ist das Meer dort sehr Flach und bei Ebbe nicht vorhanden, der Strand könnte besser gepflegt werden. Es ist wie ein Clubhotel mit vielen Unternehmungen meist sportlicher Art ,aber Trommeln und Eisbaden oder auch Ausflüge zum Sunday Markt und viele weitere gehören dazu. Überwiegend...

"The hotel was OK. It's on a street that is full of bars, not many dining options. The restaurants that come up in search are all closed. Walk about 10 minutes and you can get to a couple of street stands. The room advertises microwave in-room, but there was none there. The service staff barged into the room to clean even though we have the Do Not Disturb sign on, we had to talk to them about that. The safe does not work, so we did not want people in there when we were not present. 3rd floor walk...
