"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. "The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved. The apartment itself...

"The suite was spacious, quiet & clean. The kitchen well equipped. But no outlet near a mirror to dry your hair, the bathroom was SO narrow and the shower soaks 1/2 the bathroom. The a/c was freezing or off and the lights are on or off for the whole suite (can’t have the lights on in the living room without having them on in the bedroom)."

"Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. However any time I called the front desk the staff were amazing :) will definitely stay again"
