"The Hoxton is an excellent value and very comfortable stay. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very welcoming place to be. Walkable to tram station, Dean village, old town, and new town. The pillows and bed were so comfortable…. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"This is a beautiful property and the staff was top-notch. I don't think we got the room we booked though, because we traveled with another couple and booked the same type of room and there's was much better and much larger. Ours was adequate, but very small. Overall, we enjoyed our time and enjoyed the property and restaurant. I would recommend."
"My room was very neat tidy clean and comfortable. It was very relaxing room and hotel with inclusions I.e swimming pool, sauna and bar with restaurant . The food was excellent and delivered to my table hot and well presented and without a long wait. The hotel is in a really good location with bus stops right at the entrance of hotel and just opposite which gives great access to Edinburgh city and airport in just 15 minutes with airport buses every 15 minutes from 04.00 to 00.35 daily. "A very nice hotel with a 'living apartment' concept; whilst there is no breakfast on site, plenty of options nearby at a reasonable rate and with a hotel discount.
The daily wine hour between 5pm and 6pm was a nice touch to enjoy talking to fellow guests or just read a book by their library area. "

"Nice and big aparthotel. We enjoyed being close to local amenities.
The beds were the most comfortable from our ten days vacation.
We thought the kitchenette had a hot plate from looking at the picture and in fact there are none, but pots and pans were in the cabinets just as if there was a hot plate.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee and pastries at the reception. The coffee maker with pods was a deception, like most coffee makers with pods.

"Extremely pleased with the Princes St Residence. We stayed in apartment 2. The place was clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen and living room was nice and spacious. Our favourite thing was the view of the Edinburgh Castle from the living room window. Perfect location for those who want to walk or transit around downtown Edinburgh. Close to everything - food, shopping, parks etc. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great, good quality and plenty of options, although asked for it to be charged to our room and a few days later received an email stating we had an outstanding balance.
