"The room HVAC wasn't working and this is the second time I've stayed here and had the same problem. "

"Rooms are clean, paid extra for the view but it was amazing definitely worth it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside is that they take forever to clean the room. Some days it would be 3pm and they hadn’t gone by to change anything. On one occasion they came to change the towels but left the beds messy. That aside the location is very convenient, everything is near by. They also have a lot of options in the actual building (Starbucks, shops, etc)."

"Pool could be better "

"The hotel charged me $50 for parking per night and the hotel was breaking down. The toilet barely flushed and the sink kept getting backed up. The beds are a whole other story. They were awful and super uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was broken too. Really unhappy with the stay especially for the price of it"

" Staff were most welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, until departure. Our room was clean, comfortable and pleasing. Play Bar and Grill had an outstanding selection of excellent food and drinks."

"Good but too crowded, they should limit more the attendance. No almond milk which for 500 dollars per night, no cappuccino at the buffet place for breakfast. Overall good but not excellent. Staff always impatient. "

"The only thing I would mention is that mini fridge was set way too cold and froze some of my food I stored in there. There was no control switch to adjust the temperature."
