"we had a very enjoyable 3 day visit at Sweet Dreams. it is located in a Sherman Oaks , a very nice upper middle class residential area of LA---and it felt like we were a full time resident there. the room was very comfortable--well stocked with everything you might need, there is a lovely back yard with a pool and hot tub. the hosts were very accommodating!"

"The house was clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located right off the 101, and we thought highway noise might be a problem, but it wasn't. The parking spots are narrow but we managed just fine. Marx is very accommodating and the one night all the spots were taken, there was a permit for us to use to park on the street. He even offered parking service but we were happy to do it ourselves. The room was small but not too cramped. The bathroom was modern and clean. If you like softer beds...

"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

"We had a very nice 6-day stay here. Great hosts, great hospitality. Wish we took a picture of our breakfasts--very tasty and healthy. Plenty of places to sit outside, which was nice in the morning, but the Valley does get very hot at night in the summer. Thought there would be more road noise from Oxnard, but wasn't bad. "I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...
