The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall just 5 minutes away.One is Green Tea and the other is Grandmas place."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was there for two nights after having a business trip to Shanghai and enjoyed my time in this charming city. I have never had a hotel staff be more attentive and helpful in my 25 years of traveling for business. In Shanghai, I stayed at a hotel that cost five times as much as this and no offense to that establishment, but this group of front desk, clerks, and office personnel were the best of my trip. The hotel itself is charming and located in a wonderful neighborhood. I would absolutely stay at this place again. Plus, in an amazing and unprecedented experience as far as my 20 years plus of traveling, they actually did my laundry for me, for free!"
