"Parking is great. Pool small but warm…only available 1 hour in the morning to guests. Staff are miserable…rooms badly need updating, toilets are black in places, need bleaching, the hotel feels like a pub as you walk into a bar with wit tv screens blaring sporting events. This is definitely not a luxury Marriott but ok for a night before London if you want to drive and catch the train into Victoria. We stayed for two nights and the first day we went out we returned to our room not being maid services we were told we had to request it and there is no one to clean our room now. "Wife and I had a short stay before flying out of Gatwick. Front desk staff are very helpful even though we had small issues. Room and bathroom were extremely clean and modern, air-conditioning was nice. Only issue is that even though it is close to the Airport (about 3 miles) it still costs about £25 for a taxi which is very pricey. So obviously expect to spend £50 to go to and from for less than 20 mins driving"
