"I am writing this review to warn future guests about the total lack of basic empathy, support, and duty of care demonstrated by Hotel Indigo London - 1 Leicester Square during a documented medical emergency.
During my stay in October 2026, I suffered an acute health crisis overnight involving severe panic attacks and health anxiety. Because I had inadvertently left my required prescription medications at home, missing my dose posed a severe risk of physical collapse. Leaving the hotel at 7:00 AM...

"Our room was facing the street. We stayed a few nights and every night (weekend and weekdays) there was street racing through the night, someone yelling at 2am outside, always lots of commotion and noise. This area is too loud. The "sound proof" windows did not help and neither did the noise filtering curtains. Maybe we weren't staying in a good part of London."
