"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."

"Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "

Location was ideal and very much central to everything as you can go everywhere within 20 mins of walk. Room was clean and had everything you would expect from a place like this. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons.
