The property manager and Expedia representative was going back on forth about which one was going to refund me. I was told by a Expedia representative I would receive a refund within 5-7 business day’s. So I’m waiting I think Expedia should look into who they partnership with before allowing people to stay...

"We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!"

"Lots of road noise all night so the area is loud. The outside is a little run down but the rooms are like new and super clean."

"The area was ok. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Rooms could've been cleaner. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, but we just needed to sleep and booked here. Parking was great, basically right at each door. No breakfast, but close to some restaurants. "

"I am not sure what happened with the Bathroom but when we left & came back to the room from a day at Busch Gardens, the bathroom floor was flooded 😳...not sure where the water came from but we got it up best we could..other than that, the room was clean..we stayed 6 nights with 3 kids..room was reasonable for that amount of time..I would stay here again!! Staff was cool..our 1st time visiting Virginia & it was pleasant"
