"Loved this spot, the room was clean, I was in a room with doors opening to the shared balcony which was both great and too bad as that was the social area. A few guys were out there past quiet hours meaning there were right outside the window. Although during the day it was lovely to be connected to the balcony. "Parfait endroit pour un séjour paisible à Sao Vicente. L'ambiance calme qui y règne nous donnait envie de chuchoter. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, surtout au lever du soleil où pouvait admirer le "montain glow". Le déjeuners inclut était composé d'ingrédients frais et variés, comme les fruits du jardins et le yogourt maison. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et on aurait voulu rester plus longtemps! "

"Fantastische Aussicht, sehr gute Zimmer, gutes Essen, sehr freundlich. Toller Pool auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Wer es ruhig mag - Das hotel liegt Abseits im Westen der Insel. Es gibt aber ein kleinen Laden und eine Pizzaria nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann gut mit dem Auto auf Entdeckungstour gehen. Das warme Buffet abends könnte etwas wärmer sein und die Küche im Apartment ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. "

"For a long time I wanted to stay and did read many reviews the hotel is all people rave about and more ! Amazing balcony views and i did enjoy the view of the Port of Funchal it really has the best location in Funchal . The rooms are spacious with a very private balcony (6th floor) extremely comfortable beds. The service was excellent from everyone we met . "
