"Beautiful ocean view from our hotel room. Also, just minutes from the Forum Madeira mall, Pingo Doce grocery store, and oceanside promenade. The bus stop was also minutes away for an easy ride into old Funchal. My only complaint about the rooms is that the chairs were very close to the ground and therefore not comfortable for a tall person like me to sit in."

"The hotel location was perfect. Customer service could be improved, asked for clean towel from reception on day 3 and they needed to confirm original towel were still in the room, disappointing. Would of expected YES not a problem."

"We have stayed here many times. The front desk staff always remember us. They are very friendly and helpful. The garden view room we stayed in this time was very spacious and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of restaurant choices nearby and now the Madeira Museum of Modern Art just around the corner with many musical performances."
