"Man muss immer die Relation zum Preis betrachten. Das insgesamt hat man zwar Einbußen wegen Renovierungsbedürftigem Hotel, jedoch haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel hat alles was es braucht und die Lage ist super. Auch das Parkplatz Thema ist nicht ganz so schlimm, Abends parkt man im Ort gratis, tagsüber gibt es die Tiefgarage des Ortes welche sehr günstig ist. Ich kann das Hotel daher eigentlich nur weiterempfehlen. "

Staff provide attentive but not obtrusive service. Really lovely place to stay. Imagine sitting amidst the vines, fruit veg and flower garden by the lavender edged pool watching the sunset with wine from their own vines before sampling their Michelin type taster menu. "Parfait endroit pour un séjour paisible à Sao Vicente. L'ambiance calme qui y règne nous donnait envie de chuchoter. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, surtout au lever du soleil où pouvait admirer le "montain glow". Le déjeuners inclut était composé d'ingrédients frais et variés, comme les fruits du jardins et le yogourt maison. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et on aurait voulu rester plus longtemps! "

"Fantastische Aussicht, sehr gute Zimmer, gutes Essen, sehr freundlich. Toller Pool auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Wer es ruhig mag - Das hotel liegt Abseits im Westen der Insel. Es gibt aber ein kleinen Laden und eine Pizzaria nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann gut mit dem Auto auf Entdeckungstour gehen. Das warme Buffet abends könnte etwas wärmer sein und die Küche im Apartment ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. "

"One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. "This was possibly our best hotel experience ever. It was my husband's 50th birthday and management helped to make it truly special.The hotel room and facilities were stunning. The Cliff Bay is very well located, on a beautiful bay a few minutes walk away from the port area (I would recommend this distance away from the cruise ships). We enjoyed a couple of meals from room service (best burger ever...and we've tried many). On the opposite side of the scale, the Il Gallo D'Oro Michelin experience...
