"Great location, lovely boat, very well thought on amenities and friendly staff. Will definitely refer and return!"

"Sehr schönes Zimmer. Und auch sehr hilfreiches Personal. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Leider hat meine Freundin ihr Goldschmuck auf dem Zimmer liegen lassen und dieses war dann weg. Sehr schade, dass es nicht wieder aufgetaucht ist."

"We had a wonderful two-week stay during our trip to London. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, everything was seamless. "Bluedaws Hotel is an excellent choice for budget conscious travellers looking for a nice clean and friendly hotel near the train station, souvenir shops, restaurants and landmarks. It offers free continental breakfast too."

"Lovely properly and attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable!"

"Room was super clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. They help with your luggage, had amazing recommendations for trains and restaurants. Only thing I'd say if you're tall the showers will not fit you, it's like a train bathroom. But the location is unbeatable."

"Sehr freundliches Personal mit guten Tipps für London, sehr hilfsbereit."

Sent the management company 3 emails in the first 24 hours of our stay and received only AI automated responses...

The towels had visible marks on them, the sofa had large stains and looked filthy, and the bedding was made so carelessly that it looked like a teenager had done it. Absolutely unbelievable for a hotel carrying the Hilton name. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and did not seem honest...
