The app they had us use to open the doors was very spotty but it saved us having to check in at the hotel so I didn’t mind having to try a few times to get in each time. "This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great.
