"Incredible location! The instructions to access the unit were perfect but there isn't any hotel staff at this location (so just good to know in advance about this). The rooms were fabulous - very large and we even had a bathtub! A gentleman at the sister property helped us with questions and also ordered us a water taxi. I took his card but lost it (very sorry - wanted to commend him - he was a huge help). "

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "

"Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful. The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "
