"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

"Decent hotel. the room in itself was very spacious, nice and clean. just a few cons: Parking situation is not convenient at all. It's very expensive. it's in a building in the back of the hotel. You have to walk around and out to access it in the cold.
