"Shower backed up"

"The staff was excellent. The room was extremely small. I was a little irritated to see on my final bill that I was charged for a coffee. I was sitting at the reception waiting for the manager to complete my bill when one part waiters offered me a cup of coffee, which I accepted. I didn’t ask for it, but I thought it was a nice gesture only to find I was charged 7 1/2 pounds for it. That was frustrating "

Room was extremely spacious , hotel is in a fantastic location just short walk to the train station and everything in old town. Highly recommend for location and price !"

"The location is excellent. Easy access to attractions by walking, train or car. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the dishes, towels and other necessities. The bed was described as a king size. I was told that this was a standard UK king size however we stayed in 10 different hotels on this trip and they all had large or what we call a king size bed. "This apt was beautifully appointed and right in the middle of all the sights. Many restaurants to choose from and easy walking to a convenience store or grocery for necessary items. The ability to be able to leave your luggage before and after your stay is a valuable asset. Would highly recommend this property "
