"Great breakfast with variety. One day scrambled eggs and sausage, the next omelets with biscuits and gravy. Always the usual cereals, muffins, waffles, yogurt. Very nice room and good value at $125."

"My first night and room were great. My 2nd night, the person in the room next to me had very loud music. I called the front desk around 9:45pm and they addressed the issue with the person. The person was difficult but your staff member was patient and listened. I was able to move to a different room on another floor because the person was unwilling to lower the music. The room was very nice and quiet and I was able to get some rest. Breakfast each morning was good. I would gladly stay there again."

"Room was clean! Nice! What I am disappointed with is the airport shuttle!!! Promoted as 24 hours availability, but not saying it is shared with other hotels!! I called from my room to order the ride, arrived in the lobby as the first of a set looking to get the shuttle to the airport; as I waited I observed the shittle at the hotel across the street at the Hampton. The shuttle then headed to the airport without me and zero communication. In the interest of my own timeliness I hired anUBER and paid $35!! Quite annoying that i chose Tru hotel in large part for the airport shuttle convenience and never rode it!"

"This motel was a major disappointment given the rating on this app and name. It's not a very secure location. And next to a very sketchy weekly motel with encampments in the parking lot. My room had a large hole in the carpet, the bathroom sink had drainage issues, and the telephone was dead / nonfunctional. I could not wait to leave."
