"Manny and Shannon at check in were so nice pleasant and helpful with directions and suggestions on places to check out. They greeted us by name everything they saw us. The breakfast was amazing. Great selection with menu changing slightly everyday. The staff maintaining the breakfast area was on top of restocking and cleaning up any spills. They were also so gracious letting our son get a yogurt when breakfast just ended because he was in the pool and didn’t make it in time before they...

"The cleanliness in the rooms needs more attention and the air-conditioning is a wall unit is loud. The bathroom fits the sixties vibe but the shower needs to be remodeled badly. The staff was amazing very nice and informative."

"Our family enjoyed an overnight stay here. We loved the room and enjoyed time in the pools, really wish we had had more time to stay. The only part we didn't like was the sales pitch. We arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and was informed that our room would be ready at exactly 4PM. We were sent to the concierge for a welcome packet where they tried to give us a timeshare pitch. As soon as I said no and went to sit and wait for it to be 4PM, our room was magically ready."

"Good location, nice and clean property. The only thing wasnt great was the air conditioner. We rented two rooms on 3rd floor. It wasnt too hot outside when we stayed there. Outdoor temp was about 90 degrees. We could not lower temp on thermostat lower than 69 degrees but temp stayed at 75 and room felt stuffy. We called fromt desk and they asked us to reset ac unit and to call back if it doesnt work and they would switch our room. It was late and we just went to bed. Other than that everything...

"The room was so clean! We stayed in the King Suite and it was lovely. Had a large clean balcony with a great view. The pool was nice and staff very nice. It was great place to take our kids. Also close to amenities. I’m looking forward to coming back!"

"Dirty and dusty rooms Dirty bathrooms Could not check into rooms before 5 pm 7 minute walk from elevator to rooms. The architect was a moron. Very poor pool area and amenities. Pool-water is not clean. Front desk are arrogant. Long wait to be seated for breakfast. Extremely disappointed with this property . And my Marriott loyalty status meant NOTHING. And 40 minutes to check out with bogus charges that were forced to take out."

"It was no better than any other place that we have stayed. Even though it was more than we were expecting to pay. The bathroom faucet was not stable. The air conditioner was off so we had to wait. No coffee was available and the doors were locked. We didn't see any other customers. We have been there without any problems."
