There was no staff at the desk so we had to wait more than an acceptable amount of time to be helped. While the facility is supposed to be nonsmoking the place smelled like weed at all times. The room across from us had a dog that loved to bark."

The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. "Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again."
