"We have stayed at the Don Valley every three months for three years. At first, it was good. The last year on several occasions we had no hot water. This was finally better the last few times. This past stay was horrendous! We had people on our floor using profanity, vulgarity and a fight broke out in the hallway outside of our door. I had to call down to the front desk to get security up to our floor. Security came and it was better for only an hour. The whole night there were doors...

"The hotel is in a great location and is a great budget option for travellers. Everything has been updated and the rooms were a great size. The floors are slightly creaky and we could somehow need hear the upstairs neighbours because of this. Otherwise it was pretty soundproof. The breakfast was OK.
