Hotel dekat Citadel Mall

"Stayed here to attend a meeting. Best thing was the breakfast - nice options including bacon, sausage, and delicious egg bites. Coffee available all day. The room included a refrigerator, dishwasher. A little sad that I wasn't staying longer."

"Always stay here now."

"Overall, we had a good stay; however, the shower stall in our suite was very poorly designed and it was impossible to take a shower without the leakage completely soaking the bath mat! Since we were only staying for 2 nights, maid service wasn’t provided, so I asked the front desk for clean towels & a fresh bathmat. They provided them promptly and they were even warm! I would stay again."

"I had a Terrible experience with this hotel in the bathroom was dirty towels on the shower area, fresh blood on the sheets and all over the bed , I told the front desk, she told me I need to wait to next day because she is not a housekeeper. I ask for the supervisor and they gave us small sheets for two persons and I had to change my self, but they didn’t gave me pillows cover and it was bloody too,I had a terrible night I don’t recommend this hotel at all."

"Room smelt horrible and wad disgusting."

"The front desk staff Joanne was extremely rude and aggressive towards me when I went to check in. She made me feel uncomfortable and like they would call the authorities if my dog made a single noise. She needs training on how to treat customers. I have traveled to other best westerns with my pet before and she ruined my weekend making me paranoid to leave my dog in her crate in the room for any amount of time. Mind you other dogs were barking too, yet she came at me with aggression while...

"Dirty place"

"The hotel is like an extended stay .. the staff ..other visitors in and out the establishment all look suspicious. I do believe trafficing may occurring in the establishment. Front desk was trying to help but did not have the resources ... Sheets and wall were dirty. The shower had hair on the walls. I would never recommend any one stay there unless it was all that you could afford."

"The price was why I chose it and if they did the basics right I would give a better review. I didn't expect much, but was disappointed in the first room in that there was no shower curtain and the rod was obviously broken. They were able to move me to another room for nights 2 and 3 but there were no glasses or coffee cups or coffee materials. The MODs were good, but I question how a simple low cost no frills motel can't get to the basics right."

"We had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back next time."

"Pleasant"

"Front desk was very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was not ready so they gave us a different room. Room was comfortable, gym was nice. Many options for breakfast."

"Centrally located and perfect for a weeks stay. Hidden House is great for a light breakfast or glass of wine."

"Design of hotel was beautiful"
