"When I check in on Thursday, there was a sign saying that there would be no housekeeping services for the next few days. By the time I left on Sunday, the one trash can in the room was overflowing. The property needs an overhaul. There were years of wear in the tub/shower, the carpets, the chairs, etc."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets smelled strongly of urine, and my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay. There was also a heavy cigarette odor throughout the property, making it unpleasant for families. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty so much so that I did not feel comfortable letting my one-year-old walk on it. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it for families with young children....

"This hotel was disgusting. The rooms were nasty with stains on the mattress and sheets. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The sheets had rips in them. The towels and bathroom were unsanitary. We checked out early and found a different hotel to stay in because the property was so nasty."

"Our flight out of Charleston was canceled at 8 PM one night so we booked the Drury and wish we could’ve stayed several more nights. The hotel has a great breakfast, a wonderful swimming area with hot tub, and the rooms are immaculate. Plus the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. The room we booked was not available when we got there so we were upgraded to a king suite. It made our flight delay and all that goes with that much more bearable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough."

"Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. TV was not a smart one and we were unable to screencast our phones so had to watch shows on our phones. Looking forward to sleeping in to be woken by very loud, repetitive noises beginning at...
