"Very dissatisfied. Placed in a top floor room that was so mechanically noisy the first night we didn’t sleep at all. Also the toilet refilled itself every 15 minutes because of a leak somewhere. We were promptly moved the next day too a better room that was great the first night. The second night we were kept awake till past 3 am by a party next door that was loudly arguing and shouting. Complained to the desk who spoke to them, but it only helped for maybe an hour. Paper thin walls didn’t...

"The room was clean, nice bathroom with good towels, lobby was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. They were even able to supply a kettle and mini fridge. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"The shower on had 1/2 of a shower door, and we did not have enough towels to soak up the water on the floor, but they did send us plenty more towels right away for the next 4 nights, and the elevators were absolutely the slowest I have ever seen in my life , it even came to the point that my wife and went up to 3 rd floor by escalators the walk the stairs to the 7 th Floor to catch one of the elevators that would stop there and only go up. "Very clean room! They give cans of water when they clean your room which was a rice perk. Toiletries smelled very nice as well. "

"Good location. If there would’ve been a small fridge, it would’ve been 5 stars. Bed was comfortable and AC was COLD! shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. Blankets on bed were also impressive. Hot chocolate at night. Coffee and tea with cookies in the morning. Microwave is in lobby. "
