"Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The...

"The hotel is in a very walkable area and near public transit. Staff were very kind and we had great casual conversation. Room was standard and clean. The building is an old historical one and has great brick. I stayed in a courtyard facing room and we did not hear any road noise or outside noise in general. You can book tours through them and the tours come to the hotel to pick up."

"The staff were very helpful and available whenever we needed them. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Property was well maintained and quite lovely. The Pool was heated and filled with salt water so very nice. Breakfast was delicious and so easy to access prior to our excursions."

"Never saw the pool, the bathroom was so small you could bearly open the door. The bathtub needed to be recaulked. Had mold around the tub. The rooms were very old and looked different than the pictures online. The bar wasn’t open when we needed a drink before 3pm. Just wasn’t impressed at all for the price."

The hotels location also made it easy to get around to all the points of interest. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future."
