Tesla Destination chargers were both out of order, but the slow J1772 worked. Seemed a bit disorganized. Room was OK. Not the most interesting part of town. I might try their other location.

The area around the hotel was a bit run down & scary to drive through at night, but the hotel itself was very clean and the check-in staff & bellman were extremely friendly & attentive. We arrived late & chose to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There were just 2 of us & neither spoke much Spanish. We ordered a Cerveza (beer) & a rum & coke. The waitress had to send another waiter over to take our order, which was fine. He took forever to bring our drinks out. Then my boyfriend ordered a hamburger & fries & I order the ceviche. After a very long wait, they brought his meal out & said mine would be out shortly. I told him to go ahead & it his while it was hot. By the time mine came out, he was through eating, & to top it off, my ceviche tasted like they had just made it. The fish had not been properly marinated long enough & I could not eat it. Needless to say, the hotel restaurant food & service was horrible, but our room & interaction with the rest of the hotel staff was excellent!

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Malecón. Ciudad del Carmen vale la pena ser visitado y el hotel es cómodo, está limpio y el personal es sumamente amable. Cada que viaje a la península, me voy a quedar así.
