"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "It was a great hotel but there was no AC in the room. So we had to check out after one night. The staff was excellent and they were gracious enough to cancel the second night booking. The Breakfast was wonderful."
