"We travel often and it's very frustrating when you have one of the largest deposits in any hotel. Usually they're $50. And it takes a week for it to get back into my account. I have bills that's crazy."

"The original room we received was dirty, hair all over the bathroom and in the tub, but staff were quick (and friendly!) to switch us to a different room after I raised concerns. The building, overall, was a little rundown, but it was fine for a quick weekend trip."

"Big disappointment was that there was no hot breakfast bc of the Memorial Day holiday 🙄. The front desk staff both at night and in the morning were just about the friendliest I’ve seen, though. Gave us the sofa bed sheets and extra towels we needed for our group of six. We had a spacious, but dated, room. Importantly, the beds were comfortable and the pillows and bedding were clean and new."

"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."

"This Hotel was under major renovations during our stay. Amenities were next to nonexistent. Construction began early in the morning and greatly affected ability to go to and from rooms. Extremely noisy (at least our room was). Great location, once construction is completed it may be a nice property."

"The staff was great so that make it better but the room was very outdated and damaged. Ceiling was peeling, The desk chair was broken, trim guard falling off the wall, gum was stuck to the lamp... The phone jack was broken so we had to use cell to call the desk. The whole place smelled like a damp basement and weed.
