"This little motel is located in a quiet area very close to the beach. There were also few cute shops and eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and able to get us our rooms early after east coast flight arrivals. The rooms were spacious and I really appreciated the skylight in the bathroom on the top floor and peek of the sea from my room. The large windows were perfect although light sleepers might find it challenging with the sound of the trolley on the street below. All in...

"The hotel was satisfactory overall. However, the windows were broken, and some of the electrical outlets were not functioning properly. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the staff were excellent—very attentive, respectful, and protective. When we arrived, a random individual appeared to be following us, and the staff handled the situation professionally and ensured our safety in a very respectful manner. "If you want a classic old school in sf downtown, it s here. My room had classic marble fixtues with a serious commercial toilet. My room was brilliantly lit. The bed was firm just the way i love it. The staff are o polite and old school. The place alive with antiques. They dont have breakfast so who cares? Go to the donut place close by."

"Horrible. My bed still had the sheets of the last person! Clearly dirty, disgusting smelly sheets with tobacco in the sheets! Huge burn holes in the sheets and pillow cases. Reeked of cigarette, super fresh from the last person. A smoked cigarette sitting on top of the headboard which would have fallen down if they’d changed the sheets or have been thrown away if they cleaned the room at all. They simply made the bed, that’s it. I had to go down the front desk, ask for sheets, and change them...

"Parking was the best I've had at a motel in SF. Our room was clean and had a nice bathroom. Affordable, nice place to stay. "
