"Room served its purpose. Beds were super uncomfortable!! Did like the separate little area with microwave, sink, counter/cupboard space, and mini-fridge. Toilet was clogged upon arriv(al, asked for a plunger. Had to plunge it ourselves. Parking lot was full of work trucks with trailers parked across several spots so there was limited parking. Good location. Many things nearby. Was told a refundable fee of $50 will be put on my card. Most hotels do this so no problem, expected it. But also...

"Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

"Needs renovation desperately. Right off of 480 and shopping mall and Walmart in walking distance."

"The room i had was fairly decent. I was really surprised since the exterior and landscaping is in terrible shape. I honestly think their prices are to high there though because it looks slummy. I was also conversing with others staying there and they said I got 1 of the better rooms. Plus they also charge you $20 a night for a pet, which is not stated on their website so just an FYI. Would I stay there again? Prob not since it sounds like I got lucky. Everything in the room was clean."

"Extremely disappointed with the appearance of non-maintenance and upkeep. Very dated & worn. Changes my mind about what qualifies as a Bonvoy hotel stay. I would definitely NOT stay here again."

"The hotel rooms need updated outlets and USB ports. Bathroom tub needs some maintenance. The room was ok but the kitchen area needs to be cleaned better. The floor of the elevator had something sticky spilled in it and house keeping saw it and left it. Definitely get what you pay for. It was nice that laundry was free."

"Room was adequate. Main door & bathroom door extremely dirty. Hair in bathroom and half used roll of toilet paper. Pool was closed. Only one place to get ice in another building. Bed was comfortable but could have used more pillows."

"The place is in a nice location and is well maintained, landscaping fresh, inside clean. The pool is huge and it has a pool play area for the kiddos. The coffee which is available all day is delish. And the showers are wonderful. I hope to visit again."
