"We arrived quite late in the evening and were very lucky to meet the very pleasant and helpful receptionist as they were leaving. We might not have been let in if we had missed them. It wasn't made clear in the booking form that a telephone number was needed by the hotel to contact late arriving guests. Breakfast was great and the dining-room decor fun. Staff all helpful."

"Most things okay, but as is too often the case, the secure cycle storage requested and confirmed in the booking stage didn't exist! Really not happy leaving an irreplaceable bespoke bicycle in the cleaner's room!"
