"One of the worst rooms I have stayed at in a hotel. Staff was very friendly and they tried to help but with the rooms that small, it became very difficult to stay. Especially this hotel is not for someone with toddlers. Not even enough space to move in the room. Location is convenient but all other things made the stay difficult for me! Don’t trust the pictures on expedia. They are very misleading."

"Convenient location close to and train stations. Well Maintained accommodation with aesthetically pleasing fixtures and fittings. Comfy bed and helpful staff. Unfortunately we discovered long dark hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor but not until we returned later in the evening. If not for this would have been 5 star Would still recommend."

"Location is ok and the hotel is generally clean and well presented however to be woken up by a cleaner at 9am when checkout is 12pm is totally unacceptable. A bathroom with no where to hang towels or robes is only a detail but I didn’t feel the price of the room was justified. A shaving point in the bathroom which was totally inaccessible is just another little detail that hasn’t been thought about. Staff were ok not great, just ok and didn’t seem to care that we had been woken by the cleaner...

"Great great location, clean, friendly staff; the air conditioning saved us in hot weather in July. We were minutes away from a lot of tourist attractions and we were able to easily commute to distant locations via tube. Having a mini kitchen was also great so we could grocery shop in Sainsburys (next to the building) and cook in our kitchenette. Made our London experience very enjoyable."

"The location was great - walking distance to lots of restaurants and pubs including Borough Market. Loved having a washer/dryer in unit as we were on a 3 week long vacay."

"Quintessentially British. The room was your average hotel room, clean and pretty design. It did have air conditioning, which was a huge plus as the UK was going through a heat wave. Location was great but just off the beaten path. Both girls at the front desk were perfect, friendly and super helpful. All around 10 out of 10 would recommend and would stay again!"

"Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property."

"Plausible time travel decor - ambience conjures late 18th, early 19th c origin of building (in fact very eclectic but why quibble). Room comfortable and nothing lacking. Was provided with french press coffee maker for coffee service in mornings, nice touch. Plumbing also a whiff of days long gone: claw-foot tub with brass handles and regulator."
