"The only positive part of my stay was the nice gentleman who checked me in. OTHERWISE, avoid this property at all costs, especially if you have an early morning or important event the next day. "Lovely pool with waterfalls, cold water though.
Spa experience was very good! Highly recommended massage.
Our room looked pretty dated. The dresser drawer literally wouldn't close.
Don't bother paying for a poolside. We were down a hall with 0 view front or back. Talked to resort host, they offered 0.
Bar/Restaurant nice. It was super busy, but still great service, especially by older gentleman bartender. "

"It’s important to note this property does not have a pool and our room did not have a tub. This was an error on my part and didn’t affect my review, because it was my mistake.
The rooms are spacious but had areas of damage in multiple places. The door was chipped on both sides, there were broken parts on both night stands and the bathroom door would swing. One of the beds was sagging in the middle and sounded like it was going to break in half every time you rolled over.

"The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "
