"The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is old and stuffy. It seems to be a regular spot for traveling workers. It also looks like some people live there. Second floor no elevator. Room updated but the fridge and microwave couldn't be plugged in at the same time. Coffee in the lobby but no coffee maker in the room. I don't know about the hot tub, pool or workout room because I was too afraid to try them even though that was one of the reasons I chose the place online. I'm not saying...

"The Golden Inn was a very nice place to stay for the night. Lea Ann was so helpful and friendly. We were pleased with everything about it…..and will stay there again if we are in the area!!"

"This property has one employee working all night. Marie checked us in. When we got to our room it was dirty and had not been prepared for our arrival. Marie had to come and clean our room. She had to run back and forth from the fourth floor to the front desk 3 times to check people in and clean our room. On top of that we were given a King room when we made reservations months in advance for a two queen beds room. Marie deserves a raise and the property manager needs to rethink their staffing...

"The bathroom smelled like pee. It was dirty and you could still see hair in the shower. The beds we made but it looked like the sheets were not changed from previous guest as there was hair on the sheets and pillows of one of the beds. The room had a pee and moisture smell that stayed in your clothes. We ended up leaving and stopping at another hotel to shower and get some actual rest. While staff where very nice the actual property needs a lot of work"

"Very nice staff and the hotel was clean with comfortable beds. The pool was closed so that was a bummer and the breakfast was ok but there is no juice bar which was really disappointing. Very small selection but the food was fresh and good."

"Clean cool room. Only downside was that my room faced a street light on all night and the heavy shades do not close all the way! Rather only thin white shades that do not block any light. They should fix the shades. I had to sleep facing one side all night. "
