"We had a fantastic stay at the Link Hotel. The location was fantastic, great for exploring all that South Beach has to offer. There are shops and places to eat right on the door stop and the boardwalk and Ocean Drive are only a few blocks away. The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and we used the coffee hatchbone morning too. The family room set up was perfect for us allowing the kids to have their own room and bathroom. "I have stayed at CitizenM properties including this one multiple times and I have always loved my stay. This time I had to go through 3 rooms to find a clean room. The staff was somewhat apologetic and I got a free drink but l had to wait almost an hour to get settled. I was told there were no more rooms and then after my second dirty room, available rooms magically appeared. Most of the staff however is very nice and l still love how quiet the property is even in the middle of construction."

"What an amazing property! My spouse and I came for his birthday celebration and we had a time of our life. The hotel was in a convenient area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is absolutely gorgeous, very well designed. The staff was extremely friendly and took care of everything we needed. Definitely 10/10."

"This was our second time staying here, and once again we had a great experience. The location is excellent, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We also really enjoyed the pool area—it was clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind after a day out. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us feel welcome.
