"Arrived before check-in time, receptionist told us that the room was ready, after finishing the process she proceed to told us that we have to wait till check-in time."

"Bueno mi habitación estaba en cemento sin pintar, no teníamos papel higiénico en la habitación , la baranda de poner las cortinas en el baño estaba dañada, la manilla de abrir la ducha tambien estaba dañada y para el precio me parecieron cosas que deben mejorar mas si se supone que ea un hotel nuevo, el playground de los niños lo abren de 5 pm a 9 pm ese horario deberia cambiar a mas temprano para poder disfrutar mas los niños"

"Nice and clean place. Very convenient. Is good for the price. Only thing my bed was extremely noisy, any move I would do it would make a sound, and the toilet wasn’t very stable and the shower floor wasn’t level well for the water to drain correctly. . But over all is a great place."
