Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. "Lovely warm welcome on arrival and departure. Spotless room and guest house in a quiet location. Good choice at breakfast with friendly service. Parking permit appreciated and parking available on the road and even found a space directly outside. Thanks also for the room upgrade."

"Lovely room, didn’t have bfast there. Good parking available but note we checked in around 5pm and had the last space! There is a charge of £10 which may irritate some! Nice atmosphere in the bar area (called the Bear) 10% of drinks for residents appreciated. An excellent location within easy walking distance of the town centre, pubs and restaurants etc - would recommend and return. "
