Lovely hotel in a convenient position with good breakfast. Car park by is a 10min walk from hotel and our room was for 3 but we had to ask for coffee etc as if was only done for 2 people.

We thought we had paid for breakfast, but when we arrived it wasn’t included. So we paid £36 for the 2 of us. It was a nice breakfast, but this questionnaire described it as “free”. It wasn’t! Novotel Birmingham Airport
Room was nice and spacious. Shower was stunning with a rainfall shower. The only thing that could be improved is the sofa bed is super uncomfortable.
