"The staff and overall property were great, but the room was so hot. The common areas had great AC, but our room had no airflow. Thankfully it was only in the low 80s outside, but if it had been any hotter we wouldn’t have been able to make it. The window also doesn’t open so we couldn’t get any airflow in. I also read in reviews that they do free breakfast, but confirmed at the property that they no longer do. The property is in a safe and convenient area, but the lack of air conditioning...

"The live in staff needs some extreme customer service in in a personal interaction training. There is a tall white guy that lives on site and he is extremely disrespectful, and need towards the guest. We asked customer spend hours money in the hopes that experience would be a great one. And I’m also hoping that it’s not about my race for the reason this man decided to be very rude and ignorant towards me this morning."
